Restore Physical Therapy & Wellness

By Shilpa Kundeshwar

Restore Physical Therapy and Wellness: Helping busy moms move from "survival mode" to soulful strength. I specialize in resolving pain by treating the whole woman, not just her symptoms. My approach blends Advanced Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and Cupping for physical relief with Vagus Nerve breathing, Yoga, and Transcendental Meditation to regulate the nervous system. Stop just "managing" your pain and start healing from the root. I have a hybrid practice at my clinic and also a mobile practice where I can see them at their home which is very convenient for young Moms.

Through womb-centered healing, herbalism, and nourishing the body, I create spaces for women to slow down, reconnect, and release emotions and energies no longer serving them.

Aura Pelvic Therapy

By Dr. Sarika Gaikhe

Aura Pelvic Therapy is a private physical therapy practice specializing in pelvic health in Cary, North Carolina. We are dedicated to helping individuals feel stronger, more comfortable, and more confident in their bodies. We provide personalized, one-on-one holistic pelvic health services in a supportive environment where your concerns are heard, respected, and treated with care.

Pelvic health is for everybody. People of all genders have a pelvic floor, and pelvic floor concerns can arise at any stage of life, from adolescence and adulthood to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, midlife, aging, and beyond.

Our approach looks beyond symptoms alone. By integrating the best of conventional physical therapy and holistic care, we support lasting wellness through a preventive, whole-body perspective. We consider how movement, posture, breathing, the nervous system, fascia, vascular and visceral systems, joint mobility, strength, lifestyle, and stress may contribute to your symptoms and overall well-being. Whether you are navigating pregnancy, preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, experiencing pelvic pain, dealing with bladder or bowel concerns, managing prolapse symptoms, or working toward improved mobility and function, we create a treatment plan tailored to your goals.

At Aura Pelvic Therapy, we believe pelvic health is an important part of overall health, not something you should have to “just live with.” Our goal is to empower you with education, practical tools, and individualized treatment so you can return to the activities, movement, and daily life that matter most to you.

We are proud to serve the Cary community and surrounding Triangle area with compassionate, comprehensive care for people of all genders and at every stage of life.
